Background
Annette is a seasoned leader and consultant with a particular grasp of the organizational development aspects of major change that can make the difference in setting up teams for success. This includes experience with change management planning, project governance, stakeholder management and program execution.
Her people-focused consulting framework includes working with business and technology stakeholders to address the challenges and issues that accompany large scale change on a human level resulting in successful change adoption.
A sought after coach and mentor, Annette shares her knowledge and experience with students and new entrepreneurs in her role as Professor at Sheridan College.
Skills and Experience
Annette has experience in program management, strategic planning and execution, organizational development, technology career development, and change management. She has deep industry experience in financial services, professional services and healthcare as well as retail and media. Annette has led digital and other transformation initiatives in marketing, human resources and IT functions in both Canada and the US.
Annette has an undergraduate degree in Administration Information Management Systems from Ryerson University, an M.Ed. from Brock University, an MBA from Heriot Watt University and is PROSCI certified.
